Interesting fact:

• The Engineering here focused on the use of sustainable energy and energy saving.
• The mechanical design of the building was completely adapted to the concept of the architect, whose vision was to present a completely innovative product for the country’s hotel sector.
• We used air conditioning systems with heat recovery for each floor, focusing only in the generation of hot water without affecting the use of valuable space in the hotel.
• This system was the first to be implemented on a large-scale building. For us, it was a change for envisioning what can be done to contribute to the energy saving of the planet, thus benefiting the promoter of the building and delivering comfort to its guests.
